Items (product master)
Items come from the storefront product mirror (WooCommerce is the master). Runs every 15 minutes; use this after bulk changes in Woo.
Reconcile with WooCommerce
Compares Woo stock_quantity with ledger available stock. «Fix» pushes the ledger value — Woo is never written back into the ledger. Runs as a report every night.
Order backfill
Re-applies WooCommerce orders modified since a point in time. Idempotent — orders already in the ledger are not counted twice. Runs automatically every 30 minutes for the last 90 minutes.

Opening balance import
Starting stock per SKU and location, with unit cost (NOK). Format: sku;location;qty;unit_cost — header optional, location empty = default. All rows are validated first; nothing is written if one row is wrong. Each SKU × location can only be imported once — later corrections are adjustments.
